Adult Beardies can handle 1-2 superworms every 3 days as a treat. Juveniles can eat 3-7 every day as a dessert after their meals. Babies should never be fed superworms.
Overfeeding your baby bearded dragon can cause painful constipation, or worse, the formation of a food bolus, or mass, in his stomach. As a result of the bolus, pressure is placed on the spinal nerves, causing paralysis in the hind quarters. If not treated immediately, this condition is usually fatal.
A superworm is around 5x larger than a mealworm when you take into account girth and length. Most of the size difference comes from a superworm having more chitin, their shell, than mealworms do. This gives them less meat, but a higher concentration of calcium, fiber, and fat.
To mature the superworms into darkling beetles, they must be kept alone for about 7–10 days. They will then, upon maturation, emerge from their pupal stage as darkling beetles. Superworms are accepted by lizards, turtles, frogs, salamanders, birds, koi and other insectivorous animals, as well as pet ants.

Bearded Dragons should be fed at least once a day, how much will depend on their age. Baby Bearded Dragons will need to eat more insects than vegetables, and they will need to be fed more often than older Beardies. They can be fed up to three times a day.
Superworms can be a staple food for bearded dragons as long as you offer them in the correct amounts due to their high-fat content. Even as a staple food, you should be offering superworms as part of a balanced diet with other insects such as crickets and they shouldn't be offered exclusively to your beardie.
I put them in the freezer less than an hour or two after they died to preserve them rather than just let them go to waste. My bearded dragon will happily eat dead super worms, he is not a picky eater at all.
Morio wormsNot only are these worms great nutritionally but they have a good moisture content and provide a nice crunchy meal for your reptile. They are definitely in the top 5 most popular reptile live foods and make a great addition to the regular diet of your pet reptile.

Dusting with a quality vitamin/mineral supplement is always a great idea. Superworms do have a hard, chitinous exoskeleton that makes digestion a bit of a challenge. Therefore, do not feed your pet superworms often! A few superworms at a time, 2-3 times a week, is ideal.

Mealworm BeetleAt the end of their life cycle, mealworms will transition into a beetle. These can also be fed to your Bearded Dragon as a treat. However, they will often prefer mealworms before the transition to beetle occurs.

Mealworms will pupate in the bin and lay eggs, supers will not, they will be super till you take them away from their friends. So if you are not breeding, you can keep them all together.
