Based on the specs it does not have a built in WiFi. It does have a built in wired lan, however. So you have two options either buy a PCI WiFi card or use USB WiFi if you choose to go with this chipset.
You will need to update the bios for it to work. But the Tomahawk has bios flashback. So all you will need is to load the bios on a usb and follow the bios update instructions.
