4K Blu-ray delivers the best video and audio quality for movies. An Ultra HD Blu-ray movie typically has at least five times as much data as a streamed version of a film, which means sharper fine details, fewer distracting artifacts, and a better overall image.

Like 4K streams, 4K Blu-ray movies also have HDR and benefit from additional video formats like HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The extra bitrate and data contained on a disc means these are all improved over their equivalents on a 4K stream.

A I can't speak to all 4K discs on the market, but virtually all 4K/Ultra HD Blu-ray movies do feature some version of HDR in the HDR10, Dolby Vision, or, to a much lesser extent, HDR10+ format. While there are plenty of titles with Dolby Vision HDR, not all discs by default offer that feature.
Many cinema screens these day use 4K digital projectors and many films are produced at these resolutions. This means that various anime films are capable of being released on UHD blu-ray with recent Makoto Shinkai films and the new 4K remaster of Akira being perfect examples of this.
